Kelly Smith is officially signed.  Many race fans all assumed Kelly Smith was signed, sealed, and delivered long ago to KTM.  Well that wasn't the case.  During the weekend of the USSX in Las Vegas, Nevada, which Kelly won the 4 Stroke division, he signed the official contract to ride for KTM's next year.  Kelly was the first rider to ever win a national event on a KTM.  Kelly won the third round of the AMA National Outdoor Series at Mt. Morris.  Obviously, Kelly and KTM are looking to repeat that effort this year and more than once..
