The 2001 off-season has been tough on me. Attempting to get a deal done for next year has not gone smoothly.  I originally had a signed deal with Planet but that fell through. Now I’m talking with another team and I hope the deal goes through soon. This week I purchased an YZ250F and I absolutely love it. My desire is to race the 125 east coast Supercross series on this bike.  As many people know I have always loved the four strokes and I feel totally comfortable on them. With the four-stroke underneath me I feel that I have a great chance on winning the 125cc east coast series.

In the mean time I successfully defended my four-stroke title on the KTM four stroke 520. II will again have the #1 plate for 2002, that’s awesome!
